Meet Your Facilitator
Maddy Pollack
Coach Maddy is an Integrative Health Coach, Women’s Hormone Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, passionate about helping everyday people feel their best, regardless of their starting point.
She has led countless workshops and programs to help women understand and balance their hormones, and has been a guest on many wellness platforms including Sweat and Tell, The True Health Podcast, Sh*t You Should Probably Know, and more.
In addition to her Female Hormone Health work, she is an Integrative Health Coach at Optimized Health, which provides 1:1 and group health coaching for people of all backgrounds across Nutrition, Movement, Stress, Sleep and Mindset, to help them hit their health goals in a sustainable, long-term way, while improving their relationship with food, movement and body.
